May 2010 Orderform: Subscription
Beginning with the May 2010 Diamond order form we will no longer be posting free copies of the ComTrac/DOS compatible order form on our website. ComTrac/DOS users who wish to obtain the Diamond order form in ComTrac-compatible format should telephone or email us (650-579-3624, support@comtrac.net) to arrange for a year's subscription to the order form - as per the notice that we posted in early April 2010. A year's subscription costs $30.00, and we will e-mail your copy of the order form zip file directly to you three days prior to the end of the month. For example, the May order form will be e-mailed on April 27, 2010. We regret having to charge for what was formerly a free service, but in the immortal words of Robert Heinlein, "there's no such thing as a free lunch".
San Diego Comic-Con 2010: Meetings with Mel Thompson
Mel Thompson will be attending the San Diego Comic-Con for two days, most likely Friday and Saturday. If you are interested in meeting with Mel to discuss retailing or computer issues, it would be a good idea to e-mail him to arrange for time and date. Mel is generally available from about noon on Friday through 6pm Saturday. Friday night availability depends on whether he attends the Eisner Awards or not... Melchior Thompson & Associates provides ballot tabulation pro bono for the Eisners and last year Mel finally was able to attend the Eisner ceremony.
